This Copyright Policy explains how InstaYoddha handles copyright protection, intellectual property rights, and copyright infringement issues on our platform. This policy is read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

All platform-generated content, source code, UI assets, branding, layout, workflows, text, design elements, and features are the exclusive property of InstaYoddha and/or its founders. The name "InstaYoddha", our logos, icons, taglines, and brand elements are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws in India. You may not copy, redistribute, host, resell, frame, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of InstaYoddha, including its UI and underlying logic, without our prior written permission.

When you create an account and purchase a subscription or use a free trial, InstaYoddha grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your own social media/content management needs. This license does not allow you to: build a competing tool using our designs or workflows; provide InstaYoddha as a separate paid SaaS to third parties; or automate scraping or bulk extraction of our UI, code, or content.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to InstaYoddha, such as reels, videos, images, captions, hashtags, analytics data, or resumes. By uploading content, you grant InstaYoddha a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content only for the purpose of running platform features (scheduling, posting, analytics, career applications, etc.). We do not sell or license your uploaded content to third parties for advertising or resale. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not violate the copyright or rights of any third party.

InstaYoddha may generate AI-based outputs such as captions, hashtags, content ideas, video scripts, summaries, or recommendations. Subject to any third-party AI provider terms, you may generally use these AI-generated outputs for your own brand, channels, or clients. InstaYoddha does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique or free from similarity to other publicly available content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing and ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

If you believe that any content on InstaYoddha infringes your copyright, you may submit a complaint including: identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed; a clear description or URL/screenshot of the allegedly infringing material; proof of ownership or authorization; and your full name, email address, and a valid way to contact you. Once we receive a complete and valid complaint, we will review it within a reasonable timeframe and may remove, disable, or restrict access to the disputed content while we investigate.

We may remove or restrict any content that appears to violate copyright laws, third-party rights, or our Terms & Conditions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are involved in repeated or intentional copyright infringement or misuse of the platform. In serious cases, we may cooperate with legal authorities or third-party platforms as required by law.

InstaYoddha may connect with or rely on third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or others for publishing or analytics. We are not responsible for the copyright policies, content rules, or actions of these third-party platforms. You must follow the relevant terms and copyright rules of each connected platform in addition to this policy.
