By accessing or using InstaYoddha, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. By creating an account or using OTP-based login, you also consent to receive service-related communications (such as login alerts, important updates, payment notifications, or support messages) via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or in-app notifications.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. You may not misuse the platform or attempt to interfere with its functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and OTP login. Users found reconnecting the same social media handle under different phone numbers repeatedly may be permanently banned.

Users are allowed a one-time free trial. Attempts to create new accounts to gain additional free trials are prohibited.

We are not responsible for loss of data due to third-party platform issues (e.g., Instagram outages).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies without prior notice.

In case of any dispute, concern, or disagreement regarding your use of InstaYoddha, you agree to first contact our support team at support@instayoddha.in and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally before initiating any legal or external action.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction in Gujarat, India.
